2023-05-15 Signing test captures

These captures are the output of the Guidebuilder as it feeds through the Enensys Smartgate.

One set of captures has signing enabled in the Guidebuilder, the other it is disabled. Each setting has both a ROUTE- capture which is the output of the Guidebuilder before it goes into the Smartgate, and a STLTP- capture which is the output of the Smartgate.

We observe that the Samsung TV in the lab is unable to find any channels during a channel scan when signing is enabled, but can find the channels when signing is disabled. If the TV scans and find channels with Signing disabled, then we enable signing, the Samsung TV can continue displaying the channels.
